What does a Life Coach do?

I help people create a life they feel empowered to live. A life they don’t need a vacation from.

How do I know if coaching is for me?

Most people who try coaching find it supportive and beneficial. The best way to determine if coaching is right for you is to experience it firsthand. You can also check out testimonials in my profile to see how coaching has positively impacted others!

What is your coaching style, Toyin?

I offer guidance and motivation in different areas of your life, helping you connect the dots and where you can't see them. Every person is different so I identify the best practices that work for each client.

What sets me apart?

My approach to life coaching is tailored to every individual to meet their unique needs. My services include personal growth and development, business mentorship, and empowerment strategies. I focus on goal setting, creating action plans, and helping you achieve the life you want to live.

Will I see results after one session?

You can experience shifts, breakthroughs, and insights during your sessions that can be immediately integrated and embodied in your daily life.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds will be offered for coaching sessions/packages. Coach agrees to allow the client to reschedule the single session within 60 days. 1-month package sessions can be rescheduled, but the full package but be completed within 60 days. 3-month package sessions can be rescheduled but must be completed within 4 months of the purchase of the package. If the session(s) are not completed within that specified period, the client agrees to forfeit the session(s).

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit to work together. This is a no-obligation opportunity for you to share more about your situation and hear about my coaching style. If you're interested in the free consultation, schedule your free 30-minute consultation here. Free consultations are available Tuesday -Thursday 9:00am -5:00pm ET (Eastern Time).

What is your schedule?

I am available for sessions Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET (Eastern Time). Once you order a package, I will send you my calendar to book your session(s).
